Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Mesvanta app and website. By using Mesvanta you agree to them.
The service
Mesvanta lets you read and reply to direct messages from Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business numbers that you connect. It works through Meta's official APIs, so what it can do depends on what Meta allows. For example, Meta limits how long after a customer's last message you can reply.
Your account and connected accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for activity in your Mesvanta account and for keeping your device secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mesvanta to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp Business policies;
- harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or send unlawful content;
- try to access other users' data, overload the service, or work around its security or Meta's messaging limits.
We may suspend accounts that do, and Meta may restrict the connected accounts independently of us.
Your content
Messages and data in your inbox stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Mesvanta reliable, but it is provided "as is". Messages depend on Meta's systems, and delivery can be delayed or fail when those systems or a connection are unavailable. Keep important communication backed up in the original apps.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mesvanta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost messages, sales or data caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Mesvanta and delete your data at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and will give you time to export your data.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.
