Delete your data
Deleting removes the connected account, its access token, and every conversation and message Mesvanta stored for it. This can't be undone.
From Facebook
- Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find Mesvanta and choose Remove.
- Choose Send request next to the data deletion option. Facebook sends us the request and gives you a confirmation code and a link to check its status.
From Instagram
- Go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Under Active, find Mesvanta, choose Remove, and confirm the data deletion request.
By email
Email privacy@mesvanta.com with the Instagram handle, Facebook Page or WhatsApp number to delete. We confirm when it's done, within 30 days at most.
Removing Mesvanta in Facebook or Instagram without requesting deletion only disconnects the account: the access token is deleted, but the message history stays in your Mesvanta inbox until you delete it.
